Lisa has over 13 years of Financial Services industry experience working for Cardwell Financial Group LLC. Lisa has gained a wealth of knowledge in servicing life, annuity, investment, retirement, income and financial products. Prior to joining Cardwell Financial Group LLC, Lisa ran a successful home accounting business which has made her a valuable asset to our company. She is married to Mike Reynolds for over 18 years and they have two daughters. Lisa is an avid golfer and biker and loves to spend time with family & friends.

Diane Stano

Business Operations Manager Northern Ohio Office

Diane has 21 years of experience in financial services. For the last 11 years, she has been working as a New York Life agent assistant for both Blake Castaldo and Ronald Burdett. Diane currently services all Life Insurance, Annuity, Investment and Long-term Care products and runs our Canton, Ohio office. Prior to New York Life, she was employed as a District Manager Assistant for American Family Insurance where she compiled monthly reports, assisted in the preparation of district monthly meetings, arranged travel accommodations and prepared applications for new accounts. She is married to Don for over 30 years and has 5 children and 6 grandchildren. She is an avid Cleveland Browns fan, enjoys fishing, boating, reading and spending with her family.

Michael is a Corporate Vice President and Portfolio Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, responsible for analyzing financial statements and offering guidance in positioning asset managers in client portfolios. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2015, Michael worked as a Financial Advisor and Sales Supervisor in Wealth Management and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has held positions at several leading firms including Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, and TIAA. He graduated from the University of South Carolina where he earned a BA in Economics, is a CFP® certificant, is FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed, and has earned his New Jersey Lie and Health Insurance Producer license.

Kathryn Rapp, CLU®, LUTCF®

Life Product Consultant for New York Life Insurance Company

Katie Rapp has been working in the insurance and financial services industry since 2002.  In January 2005 Katie joined New York Life as an agent in the Columbus, Ohio General Office.  During this time she was Rookie of the Year in 2005, New Org Agent of the Year in 2007 and a two-time Executive Council agent. 

In March of 2008 she became the Development Manager of the Columbus GO and the Senior Development Manager in the Fall of 2015.  During this time she had the opportunity to mentor and develop 20 DM’s in the South Central Zone.  In March of 2020 Katie became a Life Product Consultant in the South Central Zone where she is focusing on helping top Council agents design solutions for their clients, while also finding sales opportunities in their existing books of business.

Katie grew up in Bay Village outside of Cleveland, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University.  She lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband Lance and two sons, Hayden and Owen.  In her free time Katie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading and working out.

Scott Tagliareni

Investment Strategy Consultant for New York Life Insurance Company

As an Investment Consultant, Scott Tagliareni works closely with agents and clients in Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia, conducting training workshops for representatives, working with them on case development, investment concepts and assisting with client meetings.  Scott is passionate about financial planning and has a particular expertise in portfolio construction and retirement income strategies.

Scott has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, starting his career at Smith Barney where he had responsibility for institutional bond trading, managed accounts and individual account management. Scott joined New York Life in 2005, working with the RIS Third Party Distribution team covering annuity investments within the Bank channel.  He was promoted to an associate wholesaler and traveled extensively in the field.  In 2009, Scott’s product responsibility was expanded to include both mutual funds and annuities while working with a mix of wire houses, independent and bank clients.

In 2010, Scott transitioned to the New York Life Agency channel working directly with the New York Life career agents, in both management and field roles.  One of Scott’s core beliefs is that an advisor should be “client centric” and is someone that a client can rely on to guide them through all stages of their lives (not just parts).  In his current role, he is able to incorporate this belief when assisting agents with their practices. 

Scott and his wife, Brandy, live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have two young daughters.  Originally from New Jersey, Scott is a fan of the New York Giants and the New York Rangers.

Alexis Davis

Financial Planning Specialist for New York Life Insurance Company

Alexis Davis, CFP® is a Senior Associate, Financial Planning Specialist and is a member of the Center of Advisory Practices (CAPs) team. Alexis covers the North and South Regions. She is responsible for partnering with advisors and their staff to review and analyze clients’ financial situations and assists in the development of strategies, solutions, and implementation opportunities. Alexis also shares best practices within practice and case development. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in May 2015, Alexis spent one year at UBS on the Wealth Management Team. She earned a B.A. in Business Studies with a concentration in Financial Planning from Stockton University. Alexis is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed.
